2007: Retirements, Advancements and Career Changes
A lot has happened on the personnel front at the base this
winter. Frankie was successful in getting our new organization chart in
place and numerous positions were filled as a result. New positions on the
organization chart include Assistant Loadmaster Foreman and 8 new Squad
Leader (non-spotting) positions. Contributing to the shuffle was the
retirement of Barry Koncinsky (Loft Foreman) and Francis Russo (Asst. Loft
Foreman) accepting the McCall assistant tanker base manager position back in
the spring of 2006. Here's how everything shook out...
